The buttery puff pastry is perfectly portioned and shipped frozen – just let it rise overnight, then cook in your waffle maker. RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Croffle dough ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove croissants from shipping container and store in freezer for up to 9 months.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Keep frozen until ready to proof.
• Place frozen croffles on lightly greased or lined baking sheet. Let them rise uncovered at room temperature (68°F–72°F) for approx. 7–9 hours or overnight. During proofing, dough will increase in size.
• Preheat waffle maker to medium setting. Place one croffle in center of waffle maker and press gently. Bake for approx. 5–5 1/2 minutes, until core temperature reaches 210°F.

• Unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, ascorbic acid, enzymes), butter (cream, natural flavor), water, sugar, yeast, dough conditioner (wheat flour, malted wheat flour, ascorbic acid, enzymes), salt, wheat/gluten.
• Contains dairy, wheat/gluten.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts (almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, coconut), wheat/gluten.
