Estrella Hand Knotted Rug

Inspired by the beauty of antique Persian rugs, our Estrella rug's ruby and sapphire hues echo their rich palette. Its star medallion and streamlined floral vines, paisleys and palmettes update their traditional motifs. The pure wool is spun and knotted by hand, and then artfully yarn-dyed to capture the weathered shading and artisanal character of a prized vintage rug.

• Hand knotted from yarn-dyed 100% Ghazni wool, prized for its lush softness and natural, low luster.
• Sheared to a low pile (15 knots per sq. inch).
• Finished with bound edges.

Care

• Vacuum regularly to prevent dust and crumbs from settling into roots of fibers.
• Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight.
• Do not pull loose ends. Clip them with scissors.
• Rotate rug occasionally to equalize wear.
• Clean up spills immediately; if liquid, blot with a clean, undyed cloth by pressing firmly around spill to absorb as much as possible.
• For hard-to-remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended.
• Store rug by rolling it front side out and wrapping in cloth for protection. Do not fold or put in airtight plastic bag. Place in a dry, well-ventilated area.

Shipping Information

Please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery. Larger sizes are delivered by our White Glove Delivery Service and should be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks. For White Glove Delivery, items are brought into your home and placed in the room of your choice. Delivery is by appointment, Monday – Saturday; our delivery service will call to arrange a day. Shipping Rates

With Unlimited Flat Rate Furniture & Freight Delivery, an unlimited number of eligible furniture and select non-furniture items in your order can be delivered for a single flat rate.  The exact shipping charges are based on your shipping location and will be applied during checkout.

All items not shipped via unlimited flat-rate delivery fee will incur a shipping surcharge, but no additional delivery fees. All items not flagged by a shipping surcharge, are charged via our standard ship table. View Shipping Options and Charges.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Made to Order items, including custom rugs, Monogrammed/Personalized items and Final Sale items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
